What this site collects
Nothing. The site loads no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party script of any kind. It sets no cookies for tracking. It does not build a profile of you, and it cannot follow you to other sites.
If you prepare an inquiry
The form prepares an email on your device. Your details are not sent to or stored by this website. Your email application opens with the information you entered, and you decide whether to send it to Starneth.
Consent to be replied to is collected separately from consent to receive occasional engineering notes. Neither box is pre-ticked. Agreeing to one does not opt you into the other, and you can withdraw the second at any time without affecting the first.
Where it goes
Nothing is submitted to this website. If you send the prepared email, it goes through your email provider to the Starneth inbox and is then reviewed by the team.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing, and we do not put it into analytics or error monitoring.
How long we keep it
Emails that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Where an inquiry leads to a commercial relationship, the associated records are retained for as long as that relationship and the applicable legal and contractual obligations require, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Use the inquiry form and select “General”, and we will action the request.
Confidential material
Please do not send tender documents, contracts, drawings or anything under a non-disclosure obligation through this form. A public web form is not an appropriate channel for it. If material of that kind is needed, we will agree a secure route with you first.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes to how we use personal data will not be applied retrospectively to data already collected under an earlier version.
